Creative Migration, Bangkok 1899

Creative Migration is a women-of-color-led, international arts organisation based in Los Angeles and Bangkok. Their mission is to bring together cultural and climate diplomacy with a special focus on collaborative community building through intersectional practices.  

In my role as Communications and Program Manager at Creative Migration (East) I manage a diverse range of responsibilities such as overseeing the organisation's social media accounts, crafting engaging content that amplifies our mission and drives conversation around climate and cultural issues. In addition, I lead program development, ensuring alignment with our core values while creating impactful initiatives that engage both local and global communities.

I am responsible for preparing presentations and decks for key stakeholders, ensuring clear, compelling communication of our vision and projects. My work also involves project management, namely coordinating timelines and resources to supporting cross-functional teams in delivering results. I play a supportive role in partnership development, cultivating relationships with like-minded organisations, media outlets and stakeholders to further our impact and expand our network.

Through my work, I strive to create an environment where collaboration and intersectionality are at the forefront of addressing climate challenges and nurturing cultural exchange.
